When trying to reserve by phone please leave a message if the voicemail picks up. The phone is always with is and we check it all day. We do check e-mails throughout the day as well.

Why a deposit?
Our Guides are professionals and often this is their source of income or they take a day off from work to Guide as it is our passion. With this in mind that is why we implemented a cancellation/refund policy that we believe is fair for all parties.
Client Requirements:
All clients will be required to sign a release of liability waiver and medical form prior to participation. Individuals under 18 must have parental consent and signed waivers. Although everyone's safety is our highest priority it must be understood that we do not control the environment and that all adventure involves risk and are inherently dangerous relative to other recreational pursuits. We encourage everyone to consider these facts when deciding to engage in these activities.
